Yes, we cannot deny the fact that physical exercises enhance the motor skills, but what should also be taken into consideration is that the key to completely lowering the handicap is visualization.

Visualization is envisioning oneself making ideal shots in the mind. When this is repeatedly done, the mind will subconsciously be conditioned to make the perfect shot, from the initial stroke down to the last putt. Try to set daily goals.
